He did that at WVU too. Not to that extent, but their is video of him hitting his head with his own helmet. Great kid, great blocker and has great hands out of the backfield. Has started for Seattle since getting drafted.
You may call him stupid but he is a fierce competitor and the type of guy you'd all love if he were on the Cards.
i like owen - but it's not true that he's been a starter the whole time
last year he got a lot of bench time behind leonard weaver
this year griffith is the primary blocking FB (who returns from injury this week) and is considered by most to be the "starting" FB
i do see owen growing more each game though
