Yeah, he didn't go all the way to Belichick levels of rubbing it in, but putting the starters out there with a 4 and 5 TD lead was pushing it.
I wasn't being sarcastic. I like how he just turned it over on downs.

This doesn't read he'll be good some day, it means he's good now and going to continue to be good:
"That kid is going to be VERY good for a long time."
I don't think I'm distorting anything. He made it sound like Trubisky's already good and that today's game just further supported that idea. I just disagree with both.
I'm not sure how completing 52% of his passes for 5.5 ypa and just as many INT as TD today against a shaky NE defense supports your ideas.
What's hilarious is this isn't even your argument. You don't actually know what he meant either so it seems pretty ludicrous for you to stick up for him. If he disagrees with how I'm reading his post then I'm sure he's capable of clarifying or contradicting me.Of course you don't think you're distorting anything. Never mind dude. Keep on changing other people's arguments and telling others they aren't objective when it comes to QB play. Your complete and utter lack of self-awareness keeps me a chuckling...
You just don't understand how great that is.5.5 ypa WITH a hail mary?
The only thing I question McVay is pounding away with Gurley in blowouts.
Their defense is extremely sub par.I rarely watch the Bengals and when I do, it's usually because I've got a FFL player going. But I think without fail, Dalton and the offense always look pathetic. Obviously they have some success throughout the year but if they are consistently that bad "under the lights", what does their management think is going to change?
It's almost a curse for them to be just good enough to not get fired.
