In this situation, Drew Rosenhaus is like the little boy trying to get attention. The best thing the Cardinals can do is exactly what they are doing: ignore the little boy, and go forward with their contract negotiations in the following sequence, Karlos Dansby and/or Adrian Wilson first, Anquan Boldin second, and Darnell 'three years left on my contract' Dockett much later.

If it makes his clients feel they are going to get paid a second sooner by tweeting about it----then in the Cardinals case, they are sadly mistaken IMO. I just don't know why fans get so worked up about this stuff. It's just 'business.' Rosenhaus is just greedier and more obnoxious than most.

Tweet away to your heart's content Drew and we'll get back to you when WE are ready. :D

interesting. i've worked under an improper assumption my entire adult life. happy to be corrected.

I do find it strange that no English monarch has gone back and done so posthumously. It wasn't terribly strange at the time, given that he was in the theater (although that wasn't necessarily a bar against it happening). I still figure it should have happened sometime through the centuries, though.

I hated Shakespeare in high school. Had a whole semester of reading that swill and memorizing long soliloquies.

Then I saw the movie version of "Taming of the Shrew" and my 15 year old out-of-control hormones watched enthralled every moment of Elizabeth Taylor's ample heaving bosoms and realized William Shakespeare was a genius.
