Burns? Really? He annoys me almost as much as Calvisi.

I don't mind Doug, Wolf, and Ash; but Calvisi, Burns and Gambo all need to have a show together so I can have just one dedicated time period I don't have to worry about listening to.

That's what disappoints me so much. I like Burns. However, Calvisi is constantly talking over him and interjecting references to himself anytime possible. He also tends to get Burns off-topic more than Burns previously did.

P.S. The reason I gave Gambo a decent grade is because he is generally the only one who breaks any news.

I love his post game show for the D-Backs. He is a homer, but a fair homer.

Wolf is what he is, a sideshow. That being said, I like pretty much everything he does. The mistake Paul Calvisi and Doug Franz make is they need to stop trying so hard and just play the straight guy to Wolf's clown act.

Bickley is horrible on every level. I wish him much success because that will get him out of the Phoenix market and on to somewhere else. My opinion of Jurecki has changed 180 degrees from years' past. He is a great interviewer, particularly with the Cards stuff and brings a lot of information you dont hear anywhere else. Couple that with 910 putting most of their big interviews online and on iTunes and it makes for a great way to follow the Cards.

The problem with Bickley is that he is a print journalist who thinks that translates automatically to radio. It doesn't. He should stick to writing.

Maybe Paola Boivin needs her own show too...

I really enjoy when Vince Marotta or Chuck Powell fill in for Bickley. Those two together are the best duo hands down. Vince and Chuck that is.

Ugh....they are all TERRIBLE. Doug and Wolfe suck to high hell, and only rarely do they actually carry on a decent conversation about the news going on. Most of the time they just try and feed whatever fire is burning. And by that i mean they harp on anything BAD Phoenix Sports related.

Gambo and Ash are almost as bad. The ONLY redeeming quality to that show is the fact that Gambo has some sort of insider and reports breaking news on occasion.

But both of those shows just feel like one big advertisment and fluffed to sucktitude.

I myself prefer 910 in the afternoon. they may not be great, but it feels more like sports radio

I like Bob Kemp the best by far. Gambo and Ash are decent and Jurecki is only good when talking football. Everyone else is unlistenable to in my opinion.

I can listen to just about anything on valley radio as long as it's not Tim Healey doing play-by-play. You could grow old waiting for the score....and somebody needs to tell him that telling long,uninteresting backstories on 3rd string linebackers is okay,when its television.

What do u guys think of Collin Cowherd? I actually liek his radio show and tv show a lot but I am sure like everyone disagree with a lot of what he says. I like how he takes a side and sticks with it and doesnt back down and says what he thinks. At first i didnt really like the show but it has grown on me. I also think wolfs voice was a little fake and annoying but i guess that just his voice which he cant change or do anything about. Also As for Collin its a lot harder talking 4 three hours by yourself than with a co host.

I really liked Dave Burns when he used to the the Suns post game show. The thing that drives me crazy about Doug Franz are his lame teasers before the break. They are so blatant and usually not even interesting that he might as well just beg you not to turn the dial. I like Wolf, he adds some personality to the show, but you won't catch me wearing a fushaw t-shirt. He has too many inside jokes from his life that he tries to incorporate into the show.

All the shows on KTAR are over-produced and over-commercialized. I laugh when Gambo comes on and starts pitching gold investments. "Have you secewud ya financial futcha?"
