Yes, 99 times out of 100 it is a sign of guilt. Of COURSE everyone who tests positive for this has EXACTLY the same excuse, because it's the ONLY excuse you can have for not being guilty. Just once I'd like to hear someone say, "Yeah, I know you're not supposed to do that, because it could make me look guilty, but damn, I just love Gatorade too much."

To dilute a sample you have to drink LOTS of water. Like...more water than you can reasonably claim you need.

It's naive to believe his argument, which is why a diluted sample is considered failure.

From my experience. If any type of injury occurs during the shift you work the whole crew has exactly 2 hours to take a wiz quiz.
Most hands would take the test right away. You would always have a few that would claim they could not urinate and would sit around for an hour and fifty five minutes slamming water. Those guys were always fired within two days. Not taking the test, diluting the test or outright failure of the test was grounds for termination. Those that failed the test would gain entry into the blacklist book so they never had a chance for rehire.

They both enter stage one. If they stay clean for 180 days they are discharged. If not, they enter stage two and suspended 4 games.
