Just means even money/ 1 to 1 nothing more.

$1 won for every $1 you bet.

If it were 2/1 then you would get $2 for every $1 you bet.

If you bet on the Cards -7, that means that the Cards have to win by 8 or more points. The Cards are giving 7 points away to the Dolphins.

The same thing, only reverse. If you bet for the Dolphins, and they win, you win (obviously). The +7 means that even if they lose, as long as they come within 7 points, you still win.

The Dolphins get an extra 7 points.
