We still have to play the Magic and Mavs so I'm going to be a little conservative and say we should be top 3.

We also play the Kings at home so there's another even money game we have to get by. I expect the Griz to win the tank title. They have eight of their last twelve on the road and they've won a grand total of 5 road games all year - for comparison the Suns have won 10 road games. At home they have Detroit and Sacramento as the only ones they have much chance of winning. We'll be lucky if they go 2-10 the rest of the way.

At least the Magic game is on the road in the 2nd night of a back to back for us. We play in Cleveland Friday night and then go to Orlando to play the Magic Saturday night. So that helps lessen the odds of winning for us. It's just a short 2 game road trip and with Booker and Warren both banged up it wouldn't surprise me if they decided to let one or both of them stay in Phoenix to heal up.

yup. Road game plus second night of back to back. Just rest the guys... from here out and we'll be fine.

Giannis left the game last night injured with a possible sprained ankle.

Apparently he may be all right though--he was seen after the game last night only with a slight limp. He's listed as Doubtful for their next game.

This could dramatically impact the Milwaukee pick conveying if it's more than it appears.

OMG ....... The Grizzlies are taking Tanking to a whole new level. They are down by 63 points in the 4th quarter to Charlotte (140-77)! Way to give it the old high school try!

Apparently, protesters have blocked off the arena for the Hawks-Kings game, meaning it is delayed and there is no word on if the game will happen and when.

So when you thought, "Wow...Hawks vs. Kings? SOMEONE has to win!", you may have been wrong.

Milwaukee seems to be pretty much locked into the 8th seed. With only 11 games remaining they are 5.5 games up on the closest team, Detroit. They'll likely be locked into 15th pick since they'll have the worst record of the teams to make the playoffs.

Today the Grizzlies will play the Lakers in one of the most winnable games they have left. Since they got blown out by the Hornets though it wouldn't surprise me if they lose out in their final 10 games. They only have 2 games left after this where they play teams that are below 500, the Kings and Pistons. So a win against the Lakers would be big for us.

The Bulls will play the Pistons today as well. Chicago has 10 games left and another win for them should eliminate any chance they could catch us in the standings. They're 5.5 games ahead of us now at 24-48. I'm glad the season is nearing the end and we should start seeing enough distance that we don't need to pay attention to other teams results because they won't be able to catch us in the standings anymore.

The Mavericks will play the Hornets. Dallas is only 3.5 games away from the Suns right now at 22-50 so a win by them today would be good. I hope we can get enough distance from them that the final game of the year against them doesn't have any draft implications.

The Suns game is the most important of the day since we're only 2.5 games away from the Magic in the standings. They're 21-51 to the Suns 19-54. The Suns could get some real separation by losing to them today. Giving them a win is almost more important than adding another loss to our record. We've played 1 more game than they have so far with only 9 games left to their 10. Hopefully the Suns keep Booker and Warren out again to help ensure a loss. A win against the Magic would hurt at this point.

So what is the chance of Atlanta beating Houston today...like zero?

I'd really like to see the Hawks win just once more!!!

Starting to worry about the Bucks pick. Bucks beat the Spurs today and th eWizards are somehow down 7 to a really bad Knicks team.

The Grizzlies are inexplicably up by 4 over Minnesota with 3 minutes to go. There's no way they win this game, right?
