The only thing is I'd prolly cry and faint if we got the number one...cripe!
I might die of shock.

I'd feel a lot of things but 'guilt' over getting the number one wouldn't be one of them. After seeing teams get Duncan and LeBron etc etc we're f'n owed.
Dude... after watching so much putridity with the Cardinals for the first twenty years of their existence... only to then watch them pass the torch to the Suns for the last decade... to NEVER get the first pick in EITHER sport has been beyond painful as the next game changing superstar has ALWAYS been out of grasp.
We Phoenicians have been dying for decades to get either a Franchise QB or a dominant C. To be this close to one... who’s a home state guy... i want it so bad I can taste it.
Okay... I’m getting Tango-esque here, so I’ll stop.
But just ONCE... in a BIG TIME draft... it would be nice to be the team that holds all the cards, gets all the talk and finally gets a guy the valley could REALLY go gonzo over.
You guys are hilarious, it's only a 25% chance suns get number 1 pick, i have no expectation they get it.

I'm hoping to at least get 2, bagley is a freak, or hope if we fall to 3 sac or orlando are 2, two teams which could easily take donci c still leaving bagley
I want to preface this comment by saying that I am not suggesting that the draft sites are correct any more than fans.
That being said I do somewhat wonder if we are too high on some prospects around here. Draft sites for instance are pretty consistently either Doncic or Ayton going top 2 and it is mixed as to which one is #1.
The big thing however is that I have noticed that Bagley is pretty consistently outside of the top 3 on most mock drafts. I do wonder if some on this site might be a little too high on him? Granted I do like him, but not more than Ayton or Doncic.
I could certainly see a world where Bamba is there around 8 or 9 so I certainly could see us putting together a package that nets us him. To get to 8 we would likely have to package 15 & 16 as well as a player (One of Bender or Chriss maybe?). I could see that happening if the team we are looking to trade with was high on one of those two in the 2016 draft and think a change of scenery could help them.Well I've thought for a few days that Doncic could go higher than Bagley.
Just wondering...if we missed out on Ayton and took Doncic #2 could we parlay our other picks and maybe aquire Bamba? Is that doable? But would we....

I started thinking along those lines too...Or maybe Warren and just one of those picks?
Its beginning to look like we are not going to get that Milwaukee pick. The Bucks have quite a few winnable games from here on out. Wasn't there something really weird about ending up #17?
Did they beat GS?!
Two of these teams have to finish with a better record than the Bucks for the pick to convey

If it’s the Jazz and Heat it will be 16 and 17 that we end up with.It seems the Jazz and Heat have the best chances. The Bucks schedule is pretty cake too. It should be close but I think the pick will convey this season.
I agree I think Bucks end up with 45 wins and the jazz and heat end up with 46 each.It seems the Jazz and Heat have the best chances. The Bucks schedule is pretty cake too. It should be close but I think the pick will convey this season.
Hawks probably have to beat Orlando for them to win another game. The remaining games after that are very tough.Sunday should be interesting. Suns play GS....Hawks play Magic...Grizz play Blazers.
Another win by the Hawks or Grizzlies should put a death nail in their attempts to catch us. Sunday is almost a freebie for us.
