Come on Jersey? Really? Did you really think that? :D

I really, really did. :(

Nothing outrageous...he was asked what he thought of the crowd and he said "which one? the raiders or the cards?" with smirk, of course.

Eh, that's kinda tame. Can't blame the fans for that though, and I hope he didn't try to.

Totally sucked hearing that come out of his mouth IMO. He tried to play it off a s a joke but IMO it wasn't.

He's always said the right things to the media until now.

I'd say more serious than smirk, but there was a smirk.

If the black jersey's didn't exist it would have been overwhelmingly Cards fans. like 90-10

I guess I am a big old dummy then for wearing the only Jersey I own and letting my client borrow my Cards t-shirt and not wanting to wear my cards long sleeve hoody in 107 degree weather prior to the game, for buying the thing that was being pumped to us by the Cards PR staff.

Sorry for wearing a CARDINALS jersey and offending all you.

Yeah dude...maybe we should start a "which color Cardinals jersey to wear" thread for future matchups. ;)

Geesh, don't take it so personal. It's a free country. You can wear whatever you like, and I can have the opinion that a better choice could have been made.

A 90-10 Stadium doesn't get that loud for the opposing team. No way no how.

I'd say 80/20. Raider fans are by far the most vocal fans I have ever seen here.

With the level of noise they were mkaing I would say 20-25 would be about right. They were LOUD that's for sure.

I think I will wear my blue Boldin Pro Bowl jersey on Christmas night. That's pretty stylish too.

Don't people think about that kind of stuff? At all?

Think about who we play on Christmas my friend. The most hated Cowpies who have Blue in their team colors. You may get choked to death by CARDDAN without RED on. Think about it.Wrong time for blue my man.:(

Yeah, I know who we are playing on Xmas. I was being sarcastic to prove a point. Think about who we are playing and dress accordingly.

So...Saints = Black. Card fans don't wear black for that game.

But for the record, if I did wear that blue jersey on that day, Carddan could strangle me and it would be justifiable homicide.

Are you crazy?? Do you really believe that there we 20k or so Raider fans there yesterday????

10k or so - MAX!

Yes I do believe that. And not crazy, just astute observation

My section and the surrounding sections were more than half Raiders fan. Walking out of the stadium after the game: by a large margin Raider fans. Looking down from sec 414: Lots of black and silver (not black and red, trust me)

I dont wear the rose colored glasses in this case. This is the reality. There are a ton of Raider fans in the Valley and it was about the ratio I expected given the recent circumstances.

Additionally, while the game was sold out, not all seats were filled. Take that into consideration with my estimate of the Cards/Raiders fan ratio. So your estimate of 20k Raider fans is off base.

Tough to tell by looking in the stands with the new black jerseys..but yea, they were insanely loud and in section 103 there were A LOT around me. Aside from 3 others, my row was only Raiders fans (18 seats)

You know what else I noticed? Lots of people sporting gear from both teams. Lots or Raiders jerseys and Cards hats. There were also alot of groups (families?) that were sitting together that seemed to have split loyalties. The couple above me had on Card fan and one Raider fan together and that did not seem uncommon.

I don't really remember seeing that with any other team (except maybe the Rams with the Warner jerseys)

Any body here crafty enough with a key board to find out who's fans had higher numbers in arrests or ejections at the game yesterday?

I've seen that a bunch of times. It's the whole I root for the Cards expect when they are playing the ______ type of fans. I think the Bears MNF game was the worst I've seen it.

Yeah, I guess you are right. But usually it is isolated to some individuals. This felt pretty widespread in my section at least. I was just thinking since the SB, I hadn't seen those types as much. I guess I was just hoping we had more true converts with our recent success.

I think Cards fans spend too much time worrying about opposing fans. Seriously its the same thing every time we play a team that has a large fan base. I don't see how folks aren't used to it by now.

I could not rock a Bears jersey and a Cards lid at the same time. I can only go for 1 team at a time. (like a boring porn star)

What Gee and I want to know is how many people did you see wearing a jersey of a team that wasn't playing Sunday.
