Are you going to renew your seats or upgrade?

If you are not a current season ticket holder...don't post what you 'would' do if you were.

$ talks

We have a group of 18 in our season ticket holder account. 16 of our 18 have said, "do not renew my tickets" with only me and my dad saying "Yes"

For me (1/2 of our tix) it largely depends on lockout situation....

I'd add...if you are going to have LESS tickets than you did this year...Your vote would be

NO

I know you are renewing some, but showing a loss of tickets is the ? here.

I voted no because we are definitely getting rid of our seat that we reserve for the mystery guest. I couldn't find anyone to give that seat away to for many of the games this year. Also, we are going to sit back and wait to see how the lockout shakes out. If its not resolved, there is no way I'm sending a check. I don't care what assurances they give, I'm not going to have to hassle with a refund and I'll take my chances on the "waiting list" when they get it all squared away and I want to re-up.

If I had been in the house for the win over GB last year's playoffs and for the NFC Champ Game vs. the Eagles, I would keep the season tix if I had the money. No matter what happened this past season. There were some decent games at UofP.

There are principles involved. If they lockout, that will be the final straw for me. Driving an hour to get there and sometimes an hour and a half to get home is a daunting task. Especially on Sunday nights when you have to try and get your kids ready for school. Combine the fact that watching the game at home on an HDTV is a pretty good experience; it's hard to justify spending $1500 when millionaire athletes are fighting with billionaire owners over money and vice versa.

Yeah, lockout would change my pov too.

I didn't vote but if there is a lockout or if the Cards shed more salary we will not be renewing our tickets.

I am with you there. I don't have kids, nor am I anywhere close to that stage (unless an accident happens, oops), but it still eats up my entire day. The Christmas game made up for a lot of frustration this year (I missed the NO and DEN games being out of town), but the lockout really would effect me. I am pretty sure I could get better seats on the waitlist anyways.

But really, more than the lockout, it depends what the team allows Whiz to do offseason. If they are lackadaisical about bringing in new position coaches and coordinators, that may be enough for me to tell them to pound sand.

Yes, and will try to move even closer and pick up a 5th ticket.

So I'm in favor of people dumping their tickets...especially if they sit in rows 1-4.

Should have read this before I voted. Last year our group had 6 seats, one of our buddies moved to New Orleans so we will drop to 4 seats. Not sure how this enters into the equation so your results may be skewed.

I voted yes, because I think this will be a prime opportunity to move into better seats.

I don't know. My wife got laid off, so it depends on when she starts working again. She supposedly is going back, but hasn't gotten a start date yet.

Not a season ticket holder so I didn't vote in the poll but I know I spend more than some season ticket holders in tickets and travel for games every year...and yes I will continue to do so.

The one benefit of not making the playoffs this year is I saved alot of cash :) Flying to AZ then driving to NO last year and AZ & The Super Bowl the year before cost a lot.

Combine the fact that watching the game at home on an HDTV is a pretty good experience.

The only trouble with that theory is if the stadium does not sell out it will be blacked out on local TV. I didn't vote as I gave up my ST 2 years ago, we got tired of the 250 mile drive each way, especially the late Sunday night drive back home. Prior to that the distance was a blessing, as I could see all the games on NFL Sunday Ticket even if they were blacked out in Phoenix; hopefully, barring a new interpretation of the blackout rules by Direct TV or the NFL that will still be the case if the sellout streak ends.

I am selfishly hoping for a down year in @2019 so I can have my pick of seats after I retire. :D

THIS. Totally (although picking up an extra ticket would put me at three).

I was in a bad financial spot last year and actually had to liquidate some assets to pay for the balance of my tickets. I am in a slightly better position this year so little worries there. Plus, after having spent years watching the games in Jersey stuck in the corner of bars alone with no sound, there is no way you could keep me from going to those games.

I will be renewing. If I can't find someone to go halfsies with me, I will probably downgrade to one ticket. These furloughs are killing me.
