When is it announced? Here is my take:
1. WR-I. Williams
2. WR-A. Nichols
3. RB-TBA
4. OL-D. Young
5. OL-K. O'Dowd
6. LB-TBA
7. CB-TBA
8. FS-C. Campbell

I'm assuming that the TBA's are coming off the waiver wire.

Louis over Young.

M Green over Campbell

If we add a vet RB, could Smith make it on the PS?

If not, maybe Powell.

Also a no. 4 QB

Maybe Talley if he gets bumped by a FA pickup

Definitely O Dowd

And maybe Dray

Don't think Dray qualifies. Too many starts.

My take:

I. Williams- WR. We are 6 deep on the starting line-up. Williams has more potential than Nichols.

K. O'Dowd-C. Developmental

Obiozor-LB. Was probably one of the most difficult cut Whiz had to make. He has talent.

Smith-RB. Only if we find another RB "going forward".

Talley-DE. No need to carry 5 DE's on the 53 man roster.

Lumpkin-NT.

T. Pestock-OG

M. Green-CB. I'd prefer another R off of waivers, but unless!

Reference a QB on the PS. Thought I read somewhere that Whiz said there weren't enough snaps/reps for four QB's (including the PS). Not sure though.

As CC posted Dray isn't eligible.
As Garthshort posted Whiz won't put a QB of PS.
I have lost all hope for Green so I'd prefer Campbell plus with Adubs bicept..
We have our extra OT on the 53 so I expect an OG and C on the PS. Pestock and definitely O'Dowd.
Smith is still eligible of the PS.
I. Williams is still eligible so I think he and or Nichols make it.
I agree with Spanky on Obiozor.
Maybe TE Skelton makes it? Dray will either be IR'd or Spach cut. Still gives us 4 TE's on the roster so maybe not.

Green had his shot and missed.

O'Dowd would be a good one as I'm not too sure about Hadnot as a Center. Has Hads ever even played Center?

The Cards don't need to waste a practice squad spot on a WR. They can just go to the lettermens room at a Northern Arizona game, pick up a couple of guys, and they'd be great at WR.

Heck I'd bet CKW could have made the 2002 team with guys like Bryan Gilmore and Kevin Kasper and Nate Poole a dangerous receiving corps.

I'm sure I remember him getting snaps at the position but I don't recall him getting actual playing time there. Lyle played with one shoulder his rookie year so I think the Cards are banking on his durability some.

Don't forget that S Williams went down last year and Early has that tendeny. I want one on the practice squad just so they know the offense. I do get your tongue in cheek point. :)

That was the only time I recall not having a single quality WR and we had the great Jerry O'sullivan as our WR coach.

Yeah that was a tough year. Both David Boston and Frank Sanders missed games and were never 100%. They went through a ton of WRs.

It was so bad even our Center caught a pass.

You will probably see about 3-4 guys who weren't even in camp with us on our PS this year. Happens all the time that way.

Im confunded (that a word?) on why the Cardinals keep bringing Green back.

Give him A for effort, but goodness sake just cut the man loose.

Glad O'dowd is on there, he was UFA but was the 3rd best Center in the draft. breaking news: Onrea Jones was cut (feel so bad for him :( ), whats the over/under he winds back on the Cardinals PS? About 100%?

The practice squad won't be announced until tomorrow, although Isaiah Williams's agent said that Williams is coming back to our PS.

I like Onrea Jones, as a #6

Cards seem to think hes a perfect #7

Have always thought he deserved a shot. Was on the PS forever, at some point you have to think he knows the play book front to back.
