Wow. TD by Max Hall to Williams. Great job of getting into the end zone.

All right. Not overturned.

Jeez, the worst people tonight were the officials. They missed some plays right in their faces. I thought it was pretty clear Williams was out of bounds on that last touchdown.

There were some positives tonight, but unfortunately it looks like the same Cardinals offensive/defensive line issues.

Is it possible the Raiders are just really, really bad?

It's only preseaon game one, but it's a win still the same. I'm happy!

I'm happy with it. I liked what I saw for the most part from the skill players and the secondary.

You had to go into this game with low expectations. All results inconclusive, one way or the other.

Entirely possible. Actually, very probable.

Still, this team hasn't had a lot of time to work together. They were not as bad as I thought they could be. Do I see a Super Bowl birth in our future? This year, no. Do I think there are good things to build on? Absolutely.

yep, overall we look like we have less top end talent, but our depth of the talent is more equal across the entire 90+ players.

We will see who rises to the top later in the preseason.

It's a good start this year, but it is the raiders.

It's a road game and we put up 400 yds. of offense with about a week of practice. Pretty impressive in my opinion. Not many penalties and only gave up one or two sacks. More than I could have hoped for. Now just keep our fingers crossed about injuries.

Really impressed with how the Cards played last night. They came out excited and fired up and it showed. After seeing Kolb play I am confident he will be QBOF, but they must get a legitimate #2 WR

I think the game plan for Kolb was to force feed Fitz, even when he was blanketed. I believe 5 of Kolb's 7 passes were thrown in his direction. The other two passes, both completions, were to Doucet and Heap.

Kolb knows who is going to butter his bread all season long. With the absense of OTAs, Kolb and Fitz are going to have to find a way to develop chemistry on the fly.

Remember Wiz has the line ups all mixed and everyone has to earn their spot. That is why some of the projected game 1 starters are still on 2nd/3rd string. The only thing I was looking at is who will move up to 1st string and who is going down next week.

Moving Up
I. Williams - WR 2nd
Sampson - WR 2nd/3rd
Houser - TE 3rd
S. Bardley - LB 1st
S. Acho - LB 1st
R. Marshall - CB 2nd
Obidozer - LB 2nd or 3rd (All up how bad Haggan Plays)
Sherman - Special Teams (I can see him getting 1st team play next week)

Moving Down
Roberts - PR 3rd
Stucky - WR - 3rd/bubble
Haggans - LB - 3rd
Toler - CB 2nd

Suprising No Changes
P. Peterson - Could be moved to LCB if AJ keeps up the great work, Also say him staying out of a lot of plays, I was kinda hoping he would want to get some hits in.

Doucet - I was looking for him to step up and take the position from Roberts

Schohfield - Not ready to take over Porter but still only the first game.

Just one man's opinion. I am just looking to see who moves up and down during preseason. Come #3-4 I will start looking at how they are playing as a team... GO CARDS... YIPPY Football is BACK!
