Jefferson breaks up another long ball. Looks like we found our nickel corner.

God...Jim Plunkett could make the Kentucky Derby long and boring. He may be the worst announcer I have ever heard. His voice is terrible.

What is that play called where someone gets to the QB before he can throw it again? I have seen it so few times :D

Offensive line looks awful, but most of the problems look like footwork issues, which means this is what they'll look like all season.

Ugh.

Fitzgerald looks great, but I'm not at all impressed with Kolb tonight. It's WAY early, and I'm not trying to make a blanket statement about the pick-up...but he's got to play better than he did on those first couple of possessions for us to have a chance at the playoffs.

Kolb was running for his life the 1st series

Aside from Jefferson and Bargain Bin Bradley, D has looked awfully clueless/ like there is no real plan.

Ugh.

That looks to be the biggest concern going forward. With the front seven play of the first string defense close behind.

I thought LSH, Skelton and Jefferson were the best players in the first half. I'd like to see Bridges and Pork Chop start on the right side of the oline next week.

Maybe in a few years we can trade Skelton for a 2nd and a Pro Bowler.

Long term, Skelton may prove to be the better QB. It is all conjecture, but wouldn't it be sweet to have two quality QBs on the roster. Skelton is a physical specimen plus he has the skill set. Time will tell the story but I like the potential at QB.

Skelton is much improved, live Arm, I'm happy with Kolb, Wells, Fitz. I wish they would have called a mix of pases and runs instead of getting stuck in a mode, all pass- all run, but am glad they ran and balanced it up with LSH.

Its ugly, but i like ugly with a lead!
from under the ugly tree omes in the 2nd 1/2!

This really shouldn't surprise anyone, as Whiz has always stated that he keeps the defense "very vanilla" in preseason games. Look up our preseason record under Whiz, its horrible.

Skelton is ahead on knowledge of the Cards offense and has a keen sense of control of himself. He is also much stronger physically that Kolb. Kolb probably moves around better. Interesting situation.
