No indication #azcardinals are going to make a coaching change tomorrow. think they stand pat three more games.
Then Mikey is just fine with getting thumped 60 to nothing. If this is the case, I maybe done until Whiz is outed.

It only seems natural the next thing we'll here is Graves just signed an extension with more authority over all football operations.

Please fire Graves. This is more urgent. Which means he will get promotion.

This just got posted on the Cards sight, I haven't even watched it yet.

I did watch it. Whis just doesn't get how terrible his quarterbacking situation is.

He says "We need someone there who can cover up other parts of our offense." No, Whis, your quarterback is legitimately the worst player on your offense. He the D'Anthony Batiste of quarterbacks (all of them).

You don't need a quarterback who can "cover up" the other parts of your offense--although one would be nice. You need a quarterback who can complete a third-down pass.

I've generally been pretty forgiving of Ken Whisenhunt, but I don't think he actually understands how terrible his quarterbacks are.

What's Brian Brohm doing now?

Wiz knows what's ahead!

If only he was better at judging talent at the QB position. He didn't have many options other than Kolb & that trade would ultimately determine his future in Az. It did...dead man walking!

Are we better off firing Whiz now or at the end of the year? There could be an interim coach from the staff named? In any case unless he resigns we will have to pay him next year. I do not see him resigning and giving away 5 mil or so. I think the players know he will be gone no matter what. I doubt Graves will be fired but one would think he would at least be booted upstairs and out of the player picking business. This is a water shed year and what we do will likely effect us for some years to come. We are not going to turn this team around in one year but we need to make the necessary moves to have a good start. Can the Bidwills do that? That is very much in question.

Who knows what the right answer is.

Whatever this team does it'll probably be the wrong thing, sad but true.

If they fire him now and promote say Horton the team might get inspired and win a couple thus lowering our draft pick. IMO keeping him for the duration pretty much insures we lose out.

There are currently 6 players that grade 96 or higher (of course a lot changes between now and draft day) but there are usually about 4 or 5 difference makers at the top of the draft. The Cards need one of those players worse than they need a couple of meaningless wins.

Fair question.

I'll answer it with another question: Should 58 to 0 go unaddressed right now by ownership, The FO, coaches or key players?

And - Are words enough?
