Pryor to the Raiders. I just heard it on the news here in Cleveland. They used a 3rd round pick on him

they seriously are the single most predictable franchise in the league.

Al Davis has dementia, further proof after he used a 3rd round pick for Pryor who will never see the field.

Wait a minute...wasn't this one of the guys who promised to stay for his senior year (to avoid some punishment or something)?

Surprise, surprise.

He fits the bill of a typical Raider player:

- Fast runner. 4.41 40yard time.
- Mechanical issues as a rookie QB (worse than Cam Newton IMO).
- Off-the-field issues. Potential distraction

The Raiders did draft an amazing athlete. They can try to either attempt to mold him into an NFL QB or convert him to wide receiver.

Either way, I don't see him as anything more than a sideshow and a means for selling tickets.

Raiders don't need a sideshow to sell tickets as long as their fans have the opportunity to shoot someone outside of the stadium or maim them in the stands. Which is always.

they didn't want to wait until round 5 because they were afraid he'd be gone and didn't have a 4th. So, if they wanted him they had to use their 3rd.

So the NFL is punishing him for something he did in college? That's, um, odd.

Goodell better be careful...if he starts suspending people for stuff they did in the NCAA, he won't have any players left.
