I havent been impressed with any BONE releases in a long time but the new one is tight.. I cant quit listening to it.. I heard the song "I Tried" on the radio about two weeks sago then decided to Id give this new cd a chance..

I would read thru this whole thread.. Phillycard says some good ones too..

For hip-hop its more about personal taste.. There are so many different kinds of hip-hop.. Radio plays what it plays.. Then there is underground, backpack, battle rappers, westcoast and knowledge...

dodie, that is so subjective. Gee is right. Good beats in hip hop could mean anything like Dre's simplistic bangers, or something as complex as DJ Premier's grimy cut and paste beats. If you're a west coast or down south cat, you might hate Jay Dee produced music, and alternately if you like east coast hip hop, Organized Noise might not do it for you. Who do you like now? Then we can go from there.

Mystikal - Back in the day.

Flo Motion is pretty Hard. Then on track 3 they sample Fleetwood Mac! AWESOME Album. Maybe not perfect.... But it is really good.
