Detox is coming.. First single with Jay-Z "Under Pressure" will be out this month.. Then the release of Detox after that.. Is it finally gonna happen? Dre said it is.. Ya buddy..

From what ive heard the beat is ******** with a sample from 300, not a huge dre fan but hova is god so ill listen.

Oh Eminem new cd is my favorite of his.. its fire.. And Detox is coming this fall.. Dre just said its about done yesterday, 6-26-2010.. And it will be here this fall.. You think I aint on top of this?? ppfffttt haha

June 26, 2010 --Dr. Dre everyone is waiting for you. There has been a lot of talk about 'Detox' and exactly when it will drop. In an exclusive interview with the Hardknock.TV posted yesterday, we finally are getting some sort of commitment from the man himself.

Dr Dre says it will drop towards the end of fall y'all. If the fans can wait that long, without clawing their ears off, they will be lined up to buy a copy with cash in hand. Frankly there's no doubt this talented entertainer can deliver, but it has been such a long time and there are so many expectations that it wouldn't be a surprise if fans dog him for whatever comes out, just to give him some flack.

Also discussed was the digital remix that was 'secretly released' wasn't the final product (and from Dre's response it was unauthorized too) as it wasn't blended right and there is no hook on it.

Take a peek at Dr Dre and his lovely wife answering questions on the red carpet and keep that album cash for Detox close. You're going to need it as the minute the album is released there will be a stampede to the store.

I don't know if anybody saw Letterman's show last Friday but the only two guests were Jay Z and Eminem.

Eminem won on all scorecards..... Both were good though.

This year has been great so far for hip hop albums.. We needed a year like this for a long time.. Almost every album has been great so far, with the exception of Drake.. And all the albums havent even come out yet.. Still got Game, T.I., Kanye, Ice Cube, Rick Ross.. etc etc etc and of course DETOX!

Still listening to Eminem's new album. It is so much better than anything he's done in quite a bit. Actually right now I'm thinking this is tied for his best album with the Marshal Mathers LP. Some of these songs are so damn good lyrically. Going Through Changes is amazing.

But as I sit here listening to Space Bound I can't help but laugh at the irony of his beef with Everlast and putting out a song where a lot of it sounds like something Everlast would record.

Kanye and Cudi's CD have both been in constant rotation for me, I'll give Kanye the slight edge at this point though. Hopefully more great music to come from Drake, Wayne, and the ever elusive Detox.

That Kanye was my least favorite of his by far.. And for me, Cudi is awful.. Drake.. Does he even rap anymore? His album was 75% singing.. I listened to it once then threw it under all my other cd's in my car.. But ya.. Wayne and Dr Dre are gonna be huge..

Couldn't disagree with you more Gee. Kanye's taken his rapping to a new level and he's definitely more than just a producer now, and the CD has solid production throughout the album. I can see the lack of love for Cudi, he's an acquired taste but his CD's really grow on you when given a chance. Drizzy is probably one of my favorite in the game right now I feel like he's the total package and Thank Me Later was awesome. Should be a good year for rap.

New single from Dre on iTunes this week. IMO, TERRIBLE. No more originator, just imitator. And imitating BAD hip hop. All Eminem does is yell in a monotone, his flow has fell off. Dre's beat on that track? Nothing to even nod yer head to. Totally forgettable.
