Who's going to the game tonight?

It's my mom's birthday, so her "gift" is tickets to tonight's game. I'll be in 214 sporting my Eric Byrnes jersey and screaming my voice out. (I won't need it again until next Sunday anyway.)

Go Diamondbacks!

Oh, and here is a funny look into the Dodgers' psyche:

Looks like Jeff Kent is spewing his hatred at teammates yet again! He is bitter about the Dodgers' youth movement. Hey, it worked out fine for us so far!

I may go to the game tonight, I haven't decided yet. Sadly, most of my friends aren't into baseball, so I usually go to games alone, which is kind of weird.

I don't know what it is, especially when you have a lot" of young players, said Kent, whose double Thursday raised his average to .298 to go along with a team-high 20 home runs and 78 runs batted in. "It's hard to influence a big group. We've got some good kids on the team. Don't get me wrong, please don't misinterpret my impressions. [But] it's hard to translate experience.

"I don't know why they don't get it."

Asked what they don't get, Kent said: "A lot of things. Professionalism. How to manufacture a run. How to keep your emotions in it. There's just a lot of things that go on with playing 162 games.
Dodgers should go young at 2B next year. Those numbers are average at best.

Has Kent ever come close to playing 162 games?

sounds like Jeff Kent is trying to help veterans like Luis Gonzalez get jobs even if players like Andre Either and James Loney are playing better than the likes of Nomar Garciaparra and others.
