I still can't get over the title. Makes me think of the Gregory Hines/Billy Crystal movie of 20 years ago.

Man, I'm old. :D

I thought the same thing, not the old part, but the movie from 20 years ago. I was 7 then, so that does not make me old like you.:D

Paul Walker playing a low-level mobster? How does this guy still get work?? I figured he'd join Freddie Prinz Jr. on a sitcom by now.

Same here. I caught the movie years later on HBO. I was thinking it was this movie when I saw the title. Oh well, I'll probably end up watching this junk eventually.

Just saw it. Decided to see it after it was recommended to me by two other people. All I can say is they were right. This movie was fricken awesome. Extremely violent and very bloody. Entertaining from beginning to end. WHile I agree for the most part about your guys take on Paul Walker I must say he did a pretty bang up job in this movie.

 I agree the movie was really intense. I liked it a lot.

Definitely a movie for the guys.

Paul Walker did a pretty good job as a mobster. The kids were definitely good in their roles and well as the woman who played Walker's wife.

You really can't discuss much of the movie without giving away some of the plot as there seems to be a turn at every corner with so much going on in this 18 hour span. a

You can go to the website of "Running Scared" and watch the 1st 6 minutes of the film which really grabs your attention until the ending credits.

Man, you guys liked it way better than I did. It was ok. I really felt there were too many plot twists, that made no sense. The whole get back the gun thing was a farce by mid movie. And where did they find the need to inject the child pornography thing?? WTF?? I'd hesitate to reccomend it. Decent action though.
