Samuel Dalembert still seems like a perfect fit.

Feels like beating a dead horse but...

Dalembert is the long athletic tall shotblocking rebounder this team needs.

With all the draft picks the Suns will have in next years draft couldnt they send KT & 1 or 2 draft picks over for him?

Feels like a pipedream but it sure would be nice to have a guy like that in the middle blocking shots with Amare & Marion they would be one athletic 3 sum...

Dalembert has five years, $55 million left on his contract. That excludes him from being a realistic possibility.

I been reading Philly boards and they arn't all too thrilled with Sammy. Some have been compaing him to Hunter as far as value. Dalemberts stock has taken a hit. I'd still like him but I'm a little weary...especially with his contract.

Nazr Mohammed was paid $28.5 mil for 5 years in his current expiring contract. He's close to 29 yrs old, so he's still young and would expect a sal higher than the MLE. I don't think we can afford him.

NOK is offering him an outrageous contract in the vicinity of 60mil/6 yrs. No wonder he jumped at the chance. NOK is slowly getting better now.

Offering Peja 10 million a year for 6 years is borderline psychotic.

64 mil/5-y! That's what the market gives for an established all star who is not a franchise player.

If anyone thinks that Peja is still an "established all-star", I have some beachfront property in Bisbee to sell them.

not borderline..:jawdrop:full fledged psychotic. He is sure to be effective for the next 2-3 yrs. Once he hits the 33 yr mark, its all downhill from there.
Fot the next 2-3 yrs NOK will benefit from his shooting.

wtf is being done about OUR sorry state now!

Peja is going to sell a lot of tickets. The Hornets were a solid playoff team just a few years ago and then fell off the table. This past year they showed some promise and then collapsed. This will make them a much more entertaining team.

Word is Banks wants 4 years at the MLE. I would bet Mohammed gets $7M-$8M from someone.
