I might have agreed with you before the offseason began, but between getting CJ back when he could have gotten more is a big mental boost to the offense... Part of an "unfinished business" type thing. Then throw in signing Mathis to bolster the line pushes the O even further away from that debacle and hitting the home-run with Chandler Jones just completely transforms the D.

This team is loaded and will be different from last year, probably better, even if it's record might be a game worse... unless Palmer just goes full Delhomme. That happens and we will be awful. But I refuse to go there!
