You guys are all player haters.
You guys are all player haters.
Wait, I just realized that the new guy's last name is "Barr."
That is funny to me.
I would like to be the first a-hole to say "I told you so," though. We should have cut Player last year and kept Capshaw.
No need to bash the guy. Furthermore, we have LBs and other players who seem to shy from contact that we should be more worried about."It" being the sidelines, right? The guy did everything possible to make an "attempt" at a tackle with out actually making contact. Rackers on the other hand seems to relish getting the chance to hit someone.
Best of luck Scott. Our last tie to the 20th Century.
Its my fault he was released. He was on my team at the celebrity golf tournament. Its why I no longer get jerseys with any Cardinal players name on the back.
I agree, he is a really nice and cool guy and great with the fans. However, from a performance aspect he had lost it. His punts don't hang in the air any longer, and he hasn't looked good.
I too struggled with this, however I came to realize that the Cards just can't draft, and when they can draft, guys like Simeon Rice end up leaving anyway. I have had Swann, Rice, Wadsworth, Plummer, Boston, Hearst, Tillman, you name it. I shudder to think of what would happen to my family if I get my own jersey! At least I can comfortably say that I wasn't he one to jinx Lomax, and Rolle
Poor Scott should get a preseason pass just like our total defense is getting.
He isn't showing all his best kicks. Saving them for the regular season.Right up there with "Dewey defeats Truman!"
Player had also been the holder for kicker Neil Rackers. The new holder is expected to be receiver Sean Morey.
I bowled with Scott & Mike Devlin a few years back at a charity event - both were great guys! Good luck Scott where ever you end up....
thank God - I know this is a really stupid reason to want someone off the team, but the dude just looked like a complete and utter joke out there with the single-bar, no chin PLUS the handle-bars he added this year. We're embarassing enough on accident - no need to purposefully look embarassing as well.
I think him being gone is great for setting a new tone.
That one bar crap would be funny on a Super Bowl team, on this team it's counter productive to what we are trying to achieve, namely to stop people from laughing at our ass.
Dude, you must be bad luck to bowl with...they're both gone now.
