Not a good start to the bottom of the first either ... 2 batters and 2 ERRORS!!

Sit Counsell. His insertion into the leadoff spot since his injury has disrupted whatever chemistry and continuity this team had.

I like Counsell.

But, I have to blame someone.

I would give an error on Counsell and Spivey. Counsell should of thrown the ball to Spivey's left and Junior should of caught it. As I am writing this Batista did not touch first. This team is jinxed when it comes to playing the Giants. 2-0 Giants.

Hillenbrand is lost at 1st. That play should have been his. Where's the infield leadership???

Womack and whipping boy Matt Williams at least provided some of that.

Most of you got your wish, now it's time to pay for the inexperienced D.

What a shame for Batista. He deserves better play behind him. Hillenbrand needed a recliner to watch the play at first.

Thom Brenneman is really laying into them.

He's basically wondering if the players want "it" more than the fans want "it".

Can't say I don't blame him for venting after that pitiful performance.

Someone needs to light a fire under these guys.

Brennaman is an a$$hole. He praises the players when their doing well but he is mostly negative. This team needs some home games. I'll be going to Saturday's game against the Dodgers.

What do you expect Thom to do when the team screws up royally like in tonight's first inning? They ARE grown men... will not crumble if they tape the game and see the commentary... they wouldn't even disagree with Thom.
