Finley does it again!!!3-3. He might have to carry this team if Sexson is out for awhile.

Looks like Shea will be playing again at first. Bautista gets a double. He extends the hitting streak.

What happened with Sexson??

NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Sexson tried checking his swing on a high Hawkins fastball, however, he seemed to pull a muscle...He immediately went down in pain while clutching his shoulder... Could be a hamate injury, the same ailment that plauged Durazo...

Could be that. I also heard a pop right after he swung.

Sexson began to swing at a pitch and then he tried to hold up on the swing.

He then went down in pain. Not sure at this point if he injured his shoulder or his right arm. He was moving his fingers around, which is somewhat of a good sign

%*@%ing Mantei. Gives up a home run. It is now 4-3. His fastball has no movement at all.

4-3 going to the bottom of the 9th. Let's win this one with 2 runs.

If Mantei really hated the fans booing him last week, he better invest in some good earplugs & a shrink on retainer!! His act is wearing thin, and it's time to let Valverde take over the closer role!!

What a terrible night - - Sexson's injury, followed by another Mantei special!

Colbrunn, Kata, and Sadler due-up in the 9th inning.... More than likely the Cubs will bring Borowski, who hasnt been all too impressive this season....

I bet the Dbacks will bring in Shea to PH for Sadler and I just this image of Shea somehow coming through in the clutch to prove his keep....

Wow, he kept Sadler in there..who really hasnt exactly made any type of impact tonight.... I thought this would be an ideal situation to bring in Shea since he's extremely "hungry" to redeem himself... Let's hope Gonzo can thrive in this AB...

Ammend that.... I forgot the pitcher is due-up in the 5th slot, so it was logical to keep Sadler in the line-up with only Bobby E. on the bench.....

D-Backs lose 4-3. The only good thing out of tonight is they took the series, which is all you can ask for. Time to go to Philly and take the weekend series.
