The only 'real' way for Cardinal fans to vote and have a voice, is with their wallet.

Given the state of this team, and the pathetic product that is on the field week after week - how many Arizona folks are going to be renewing their season tickets? Is a new stadium really worth it to you?

This year, I decided I was going to wait to buy tickets. I didn't want to believe all the pre-season hype. I've had some important things to pay for the last few months, and I wanted to be shrewd with my purchases. Also, with school, work, band, and my homelife, I just don't have the free time I used to have.

Even after the preseason games where we looked good, I still didn't buy it. I've been burned by this team too many times over the years, so I decided to wait until they played a game.

I figured they'd have a good game against the Giants, and the next day I'd call the ticket office and buy two NEZ season tickets for this year. My fiance even liked the idea of going to some games if the team was going to compete.

Man did that Giants game change everything. We looked pathetic. That was the first game in a while that my fiance and I have watched together. She's a hairdresser and usually has to work Sundays, so not only would getting tickets with her be a mild financial pinch, she'd have to give up one of her most profitable work days as well.

We decided the Cardinals aren't worth it. I figured I'd go to a game or two with my dad because he kept his tickets for this year, but on the whole I'm just not as interested in the Cards as I have been before. Maybe I'm just waking up, maybe it's just despair for the team. Either way, I'm a hardcore fan, and they're losing me. I'm not buying season tickets for next year.

Now I'm not a fairweather fan, and I'll still root for the team, watch the away games, and go to the occasional home game, but I am not going to invest a decent amount of money in anything for this team (tickets, merchandise) until they put a product on the field I can be proud of. It's bad enough I get pity at work for having a Cards mini-helmet and banner at my desk, I don't need to be wasting my money on a team totally underserving of what I work hard for every day.

With our record I hope they don't put a high increase on our ticket prices for the new stadium. With the new stadium on the horizon it will be a novelty to some fans to see the new stadium but we need to win more games for the bandwagon fans to jump in and fill out the new stadium.

You can bet you azz that the Cardinals will be raising ticket prices.

We hope to renew for next year, but I'm expecting our price to triple. So we'll have to go with the cheapest seats available for next year.

We're downgrading to the cheapest seats next year. No point paying premium prices when we'll be able to sit basically anywhere and you know the Bidwills will raise prices.

It's you that we haven't figured out yet. You say that you're a fan but are negative about renewing OUR season tickets. Twit.

I agree! Hey Seattle Card, you want to spend MY money too while you are at it with telling us what we should or shouldn't do?

are they going to require you to purchase a PSL for season tix?

Yeah..........rrrrright.

I'm not dissing you gamebird but if they did that they would have a hard time getting even the most hardcore fans to buy tickets. I consider myself pretty hardcore and I wouldn't purchase a PSL.

I'm renewing too but downgrading. Our seats straddle the 50 yd line now and I know I won't be able to afford them in the new stadium.

I asked a fair question (which most of the other Cards fans who have responded didn't have a problem with answering) and you want to start calling me names? Please. Show a little class.

I used to be a Cards season ticket holder (98-2000) before I left the state. I'm not sure that if I still lived there, that I would renew. Some will, some won't.

Looks like a lot of us are doing this. Every part-filled stadium you see now has people sitting in the good seats, with the open spots being high up and in the corners. Next year, the Cardinals stadium is going to be just the opposite.

i have been a season ticket holder for 13 seasons. mine are on the 45 yard line 2nd row. i agree with skorp, i think the price might be just to high and will have to move up a ways. but i will get season tickets!.....

I'll be buying season tickets again. I like going to the games on Sunday. I've only missed the Cards 1st year here because I was in Seattle. Back then, in Seattle, they were sold out and I couldn't go. I decided back then I would go and have ever since.

I wonder if they will get ushers to enforce seating. I could see a rash of people downgrading seats with the intent of moving to better seats once the game has started. I know, every game, I have to kick people out of my seats as I usually show up with about 4 minutes before gametime.

Hey, it's football. (My new 68" DLP 1080p big screen HDTV makes football watching at home totally awesome).

depends - if the price is too high, NO!
I've lost faith in this team after making 80 home games in a row.
The ownership doesn't care about excellence on the field, so why should the coaches or players?
Why should i support that lame approach?
Man - socialism in the NFL has led to Arizona being Albania - good teams are like Sweden...
