When is the latest that someone can declare for the draft, the last day to pull out is one week prior.
This kid is 18 now and could be hurt by the age restriction, I remember the video someone linked us to a while back, he was spectacular. If he enters I could see him going in the mid 20's, especially if the experts are rating Roko Ukic as the 4th best PG in the draft. I would like to get this kid sooner rather than later.
