Helps us...I rather have Kaepernick than Stanton any day....plus we solve the players issues a great deal. And I think than the players stand if Kap does...which he said he would. I think we can win 9 games with Kap playing. I feel we can't win 2 with Stanton. He is so inaccurate....I think he is going to be awful. Arians will look foolish too. Sad thing is. If we lose to the 49ers ...we are doomed. Getting to 4-4 and we still have a shot.

However, the Cardinals have grown their fan base significantly both at home and in other states. The Cardinals have recently had highest favorability rating of any team in the nation. We have done that by both having a good product and really just not pissing people off. In just a few short years this team's image has been completely rehabilitated.

There are enough people with strong enough opinions on Kaepernick to cause lasting damage to the Cardinals brand. It's clear in both ratings and polling. I am not going to get into the right or wrong here, I just don't see how you can risk all the work the organization has done to build good will with everyone for a few wins.

They can't prove collusion and Kaepernick turning down the offer by the CFL makes it look like he doesn't want to play. There is no law or right to play in the NFL or in any other professional league and the only discrimination case he would have would be race and considering that 60+% of the league is black, he has no case here. Discrimination cases only involve race, color, creed, national origin, or religious affiliation(although one can claim Tebow is blackballed for this) but political affiliation is not a protected class. But as I said, another professional football league offered him a job and he turned it down not to mention he walked away from a multi-million dollar contract in the first place means he quit his job.
