Sadly Lopez should not even be muttered in the same breath as Ostertag.... Thinking about it further, it is not Lopez' fault he does not have game. Most everyone knew this prior to the draft except the Suns decision makers.

Yep. Lopez's central weakness is being afraid of his height. NBA bigs have to have the attitude, "Yeah, I'm bigger than you, deal with it." You can tell from Lopez's body language that he's accustomed to apologizing for his size. That was the surest indicator from the beginning that he had no chance.

Maybe he recommended the wrong stocks to them.

You'd think a guy with his level of intelligence would have figured out what it would have taken to overcome the fouls so he could give the Suns their starting lineup with games on the line.
