Good point. It looks like Kerr will be in charge of picking the entire coaching staff. This leads me to believe that our head coach will be someone with no head-coaching experience, thus not trusted to assemble his own staff, though I hope I'm wrong. Siles could be hired as an assistant with the thinking that if the head coach doesn't work out, he'd be the first in line to take over.
