Obvious fumble before the TD and obvious Miami recovery. Ruled TD Steelers.

Review says "No TD but can't determine who recovers the ball"

Awful.

What really makes this even worse, is if you look at the replay angle from the back of the endzone, you see a ref just standing there with a perfect view of the play and he just continues to stand there like a friggin' statue. Pathetic.

I don't know how much more obvious it can get! Even though the video evidence didn't clearly show the fumble recovery, the officals were right there and knew who came up with the ball, yet they rely on the video replay only to determine possession?

That's ********!

I am so sick of ref reviewed calls of Ben Roethlisberger at the goal line. The Steelers ALWAYS get the call.

Hell, a majority of DIEHARD STEELER fans I know are telling me Miami got screwed. That's saying a mouthful.

I saw the game in full, and the call was ******** clear as the day is long.. Yet, once again the refs kiss the Steelers asses and gift wrap them a win.

When this play was called by the refs as it was, I thought that it was a pretty ridiculous parse of the play and it really seemed like an arbitrary action to say that there was a fumble, but we're going to spot it possession Steelers at the 2 (or wherever they spotted it). How the hell do you get from here to there?!?!? That was obviously a gamechanger and so was the Calvin Johnson call during week 1. Calls like that should be reversed after the fact and the W's and L's should be swapped and the refs should subsequently be fined for major bonehead calls like that.

If there's no accountability for the refs, then who is watching the watchers?

some really bad calls out there today .... this one had my scratching my head

the MN/GB game featured a couple as well

mind boggling how that last heave from favre to harving could be ruled a TD .... guy was standing in perfect position with his head down presumably watching the play .... harvin wasn't close to being in bounds, but both arms go up ..... there were a couple other plays like this today where a ref was in perfect position to see what was going on and made the obviously wrong call .... doesn't inspire much confidence

The Dolphins play to not lose. 5 field goals is not a successful offense. They seem to constantly put themselves in do or die last minute situations. When one single play determines a win or loss, the philosophy comes into question. Now they can whine about a bad call, costing them a win,.... again.
