It's been a while since we lost a game on the free throw line. But it should never have come to this; we shot the ball poorly and let the Spurs stay in the game.

So if the Suns won this game I think you all would be saying how the Suns are screwed because they barely beat a Parker-less Spurs team.

Sure, the loss sucks, but it's a loss. Only one.

Paper Champs plain and simple. If they traded for Garnett the rings would have already been sized, but instead they went out and got Grant Hill.

Just can't believe Amare missed 3 huge fth's at the end of the game if he would have just hit two of those :(

Choked away the biggest game of the year to this point. Amare misses the tying FT and Nash had 2 terrible turnovers down the stretch. Frustrating to watch the team choke like that at home aginst a Parker-less Spurs team. Just pathetic.

how was this the biggest game of the year? was the last time we played them not a big game? this is another regular season game, we will forget about it soon enough.

And remember, the Suns shot worse then they have in a long time, missed a lot of open looks. That doesn't happen very often.

Spurs win 12 out of last 16. They own us. We are their bitch. They are our daddy.

After Duncan's huge fit they decided to stop calling fouls. I hate the NBA

Umm...they owned the Suns in 04/05, but I wonder what it's like since then.

I'd say the playoff series last year proved these teams are an even match. If they play a 7 game series, each one has a very legit chance to win 4 first. It's that simple.

It is the only league determined by refs night in and night out. It has a lot more in common with a judged sport like figure skating than real sports.

It happens every time we play the Spurs. Every F'in time. Why is anyone surprised? Bowen has 5 fouls, but when the game is on the line he can ride Nash like a bitch and grab and hold him whenever he goes around a screen and no foul is ever called.

Gotta love Spurs basketball, where teams scored 20pts per qtr! WHAT FUN!

Nash seems a lot less clutch this season than in the past few seasons.

Not an excuse for the Suns, just an honest assessment of the NBA as a whole. When a guy hits a baseball over the fence, you don't hear a whistle.

It was the Spurs, they just lost to freaking Seattle, they didn't have Parker, and it was tonight. As I said it was the biggest game of the year to this point and they choked it away down the stretch. Some fans may forget about it soon enough but trust me the players on both teams sure won't.

This is not a coincidence. It has a lot to do how the other team defends you. Against the Spurs, it will be the norm and if all of our hope relies on hitting the "open" shots, then we are screwed!
