Sunsfan88, it can also be about the Suns putting their best five players on the court creating mismatch problems for the opponent.

It's about using Booker's height to his advantage vs other SGs just like Klay uses his height vs other SGs. You put Booker or Klay at SF and that height advantage is gone.

Funny to hear you say they aren't the same players, most NBA scouts, insiders and people in the media have compared Booker's game most similar to Klay Thompson.

And Gordon Hayward and Steve Smith and so many more. Lately, the comp that seems to show up the most is to Allen Houston. But regardless, similar doesn't mean equal. And just because Thompson has the foot speed and the agility to guard the 2's in this league doesn't mean that all 6'7 players do.

I've got no dog in this fight, I could care less what position he plays. I just know that they've been thinking and talking about using him at SF. If it doesn't help us, I can't see him spending much time there.
