2-1! Walbexk is on loan? How do they keep him! And did Sundy sign the dude from Ghana?

Welbeck is on loan from City. Hopefully, they will sell him at the end of the season if he doesn't fit into their plans.

Gyan was signed from a team in Ligue 1, Rennes I think. He didn't play today because of a minor injury.

Disappointed we didn't get all three points. A bit unlucky that Everton scored the equaliser on a deflection.

Edit:

Welbeck is on loan from Man U. Onouha is on loan from City.

It's a double-edged sword. You want Welbeck to score goals obviously, but the better he plays the harder it will be to keep hold of him.

If Sunderland could get a decent defense.....I need to stop checking the score of games when Sundy is up a goal with ten minutes to go.

Why oh why are they so like the Cardinals and unable to hold a lead.

Sundy at 20pts and Newcastle at 19. Not bad so far this season.

Very good start for your lot, and I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but you are over achieving with the squad you have....then you sack Hughton - crazy crazy times back at nufc.

Ashley must have someone lined up and and it's clear CH was never his man but the timing of this one stinks !!!

I agree that we are overachieving, and CH is a big reason why...then I see you say we sacked him. First place I heard about it, but I confirmed it. Man, Ashley is an IDIOT.

Lost 2-0 today. Just checked the stats and they had 7 shots....we had...wait for it.....32!!!!! 32, 32 bloody shots and couldn't score. The most one sided game I have ever seen and we just could put the thing in the net.

32!! Aaaaargh!

Crazy, but that's football. As a coach, I've been on both ends of those kinds of games. Just gotta press on.

Back to winning ways with a good 3-0 win today. All 3 strikers on the score sheet too.

Really think we play better with just the 2 up top rather than force the extra man I there. Steed ran the show today, long may it continue.
