Why are a group of veterans so prone to meltdowns? Sigh. If this was a young team it'd be a lot more understandable.

The formula in the NBA is pretty simple. Get stops and good shots in the 4th quarter. The Suns have not been able to do both the last couple years against good teams. The Magic did both tonight.

Typical problem with Suns: When defense tightens, our offense can't create any space. For some reason, we didn't go lowpost to Shaq. That's the result we see. JRich playing dumb defense by fouling Lewis with 1 sec left doesn't help, as well as LB driving like under DA. :(

Guokas pointed this out a number of times during the game, but when the pressure is on it's really easy to see what a symbiotic relationship Nash and Amare have.. even with as many weapons as Nash has around him he just looked completely lost for several stretches without the high pick and roll. Didn't expect to win this one anyway, but it would have been nice to not play like complete garbage in the 4th.

This team is bipolar, they win a hard fought game without Nash against the Lakers, and come out and lose to the Magic with Nash...

The Magic aren't the Lakers....

The 8th seed was right there......awesome

I am out.

very true even under porter when things got ruff thats what helped them get out of it even if the it failed to get amare or nash the shot it drew so much attention that something positive happened most of the time.

Bench Nash against the Heat. We'd probably play better without him.
