Officiating was fine. The only thing you can ask for from the refs is to be consistent, and they were. Suns lost because of their inability to score at the end of the game when defense tightens. Howard did a great job denying Shaq the basketball in the low post, abd the rest of the team couldn't run a single play.

And to think, I use to call them the "4th Quarter Suns"

They simply fell apart when it mattered.
