Phoenix will be without Gordan Giricek for tonight's game at Seattle.

The hope is Giricek will be ready to play Saturday at home against Houston but he will sit out tonight's game with a thigh bruise from when he fouled Portland's James Jones on a half-court shot at the end of Tuesday's first quarter.

Jones' knee caught Giricek in the right upper leg. Jones is a master at drawing fouls on 3-point plays by kicking his legs out but Giricek is kicking himself for being anywhere close to Jones on the shot.
