That is so key in defending the SPURS guards. It's something i always preached when i used to teach the game. Its hard not to because your body says "don't just stand there....jump!" but it can be a very effective defensive weapon. It can also keep you outta foul trouble.
I loved when Gears went diving head first for that loose ball.

GG has court smarts. just by watching his demeanor, you can tell this guy is confident & has poise. did he have more points than Barbs? fewer minutes fewer shots?
