My issue with the one play with CP3 is he had wide open midrange he passed up to pass to Ayton outside his range. In THAT scenario CP3 has to take his shot. I will take his midrange over Ayton taking a 2 pointer just inside the 3 point line.

Sometimes CP3 passes up his own shot too often. We are a much better team when he is aggressive like in this last quarter.

They were both on each side of the free throw line, CP3 was covered so he dished it. They both hit that midrange shot consistently. Ayton made the shot

No. On the play I am referring to CP3 was about 8 feet out and Ayton was just inside the 3 point line.
