Yeah, I have noticed that for a very long time. Even when he's playing well, he is so deferential to the defense, opting for a finesse shot over a power move. So frustrating.

He's got a guy glued to him and isn't able to out maneuver. Hard to have flow when there isn't crisp ball movement.
