Because Payton might be the Suns best PG since Nash.
But he could be even better. I think vision plays a part in this game.

Because it's not a "concept", it's a stance that has no viable evidence to support it.Why is that concept so hard for people to grasp?
LOL.I wonder what every single poster on here thinks about our new point guard's hairstyle. Sure would be nice to see some opinions.
LOL.
I have to believe that if Triano told him something like, "I see you straining your eyes or tilting your head to shoot. Your priority right now is developing as a starting Point Guard. Trim it now!", it would have happened. In fact, as I posted, it looks like he did trim it to the point where it doesn't block his natural line of vision.
If it's good enough for Jay, it's good enough for me. You're all invited to come on board.
I guess I missed where he trimmed his hair BC.
He trimmed it in the back
Well, that's doesn't help his vision.
But his game is stellar.
I watched him at the free throw line last week and it looked like it was not in his line of vision. Close, but not covering the invisible line of his eyes to the basket.I guess I missed where he trimmed his hair BC.

I'll be curious to hear what you think.Maybe I need to watch closer because I haven't noticed.
His hair is near eye level and it goes up and down when he plays.
I'll be curious to hear what you think.
The guy is playing well, why belabor such a stupid point? He knows what works and what doesn't--if you don't think that's true then you know him better than he knows himself.I like Payton as a player and I want the Suns to keep him but the hair issue will need to be addressed sooner or later if it hinders his vision.
As @Ouchie-Z-Clown pointed out, I would never play basketball wearing a cap with the bill forward as it would obstruct my vision.
It's like, why do it?
I think he should start wearing clown shoes.
It would be a nice ensemble with the hair. And there’s no proof it would hurt his game.
There are rumbling that the hair is the reason the Magic traded him.
He refused to grow it out in the shape of Mickey Mouse ears.

LOLThis is all well and good but what if the Suns sign Payton to a multi-year contract and he allows his hair to keep growing downward over his eyes?
It would definitely become a problem then.
LOL
I know you are being serious, but this post just seems hilarious to me. "Allows his hair to keep growing downward over his eyes?" You really have a low opinion of the guy if you think he would keep his hair growing if it completely impedes his vision. That seems to be almost everybody's opinion here--he's too stupid to realize his hair is hurting his game! LOL
They are still talking about it. Their worry now is that he is going to cut it and then become an all-star.I wish I knew some Magic fans so I could ask them how long it took them to finally shut up about Payton's hair. I suspect it was a topic of conversation for a bit but surely they stopped at some point, right?
Suit yourself, but you and your supporters have yet to provide a shred of evidence that supports your point. It's worthless to respond to these posts any more than I have.
Well, that, and it's horrendously ugly. They are still talking about it. Their worry now is that he is going to cut it and then become an all-star.

But WE know that there is no proof whatsoever it has any impact on his game. They should know that.
