I wasn't sure what this was, but I got 6/9. I just ran out of guesses once I figured out what the game was.

I got 8 out of 9, missed my first guess at the Sun with 2 blocks ended up with the Jazz/Hawk blank. I woulda missed my guess on the Hawk/Jazz anyway.

A little help for y'all, the player only needs to have blocked 2 shots in his career, it doesn't have to have taken place in the years he was on that team.

I cannot believe Tyson Chandler never blocked 2 shots in a season... and I also had it locked in my head that Boozer was a Hawk at some point.

I ended up 7/9 as I missed both Hawks/Thunder and Hawks/Jazz.

I guessed Stat on the Suns + 2 blocks section and was apparently right.

I got 7/9 and missed the Suns 2+ blocks a game and the bottom right for 2+ blocks and 10+ FT.

I burned a pick or two trying to figure it out also.

Apparently there are multiple answers for each spot. Now that I finished and am viewing results, I see a few players for each spot.

Top Row - CP3, Thabo Sefolosha, Westbrook
2nd row - Chambers, Millsap, Karl Malone
3rd Row - BLANK, Mutombo, BLANK

The bottom left really cost me. I couldn't figure that one out.

You need to pick a player to fill in each spot. There's a few players that may do it, so it's not just 1 obscure choice. So for the top left box you need to pick a player who played for the Suns and Thunder, for example. Then going down you need to pick a player who played for the Suns and Jazz. Basically someone who matches the descriptor on both sides.

I can already tell I will be a low score. I don't keep track to well of where guys go, etc.

Doesn't need to go from Phoenix to OKC or OKC to Phoenix, just having played for both. I can give a hint for that one, we just traded him away to Washington.

It's just a stupid trivia game like a sports version of Wordle.

So on the first box, I clicked on Oubre but it said I picked Fortson, wrong! So I tried again in Oubre to see what would happen and it showed I clicked on Bob Brennan? Looks like it's not selecting who I am picking anyway.

So just a few days ago, the Thunder and Hawks completed a trade. So I am entering all the names in that trade, and they are all wrong. Do they have to have been on the Suns, too?

I had four boxes unguessed. :-(

I never got the multiple choices. I would click on a box and had to start tying a name to bring up a list. I had no clue on thunder and especially not Hawks.

It wasn't multiple choice, multiple answers could be right. When you're start typing in a name it would autocomplete like Google or when you type in a players name on Basketball-Reference.com

I've been playing this pretty much daily... I think I've gotten 9/9 twice, really thought I had it today but that top right totally stumped me, that Nugget/Hornet ruined me.

Not that it would have mattered, but I wonder how they count the Hornets... are guys like Alonzo Mourning and Larry Johnson considered Hornets or are they Pelicans? Is CP3 a Hornet even though he never played in Charlotte?

Impressive! I've played 5 or 6 times and my best is 7/9.

Good question, I was wondering that too.

Charlotte retains the history of the time they played in Charlotte. Once they moved to New Orleans those years they played there while still called the Hornets is considered Pelicans history. It makes sense but it's confusing because the name of the team. Zo and LJ would be Hornets though and CP3 is a Pelican.

Damn... I really thought I had this one... I sat here for waaaaaaaay too long, like, legit 20 minutes, trying to rack my brain for a Heat/Wizard player.

I was so sure I was going to finish it that I was getting cute going for rarity, like using Jordan as a Wizards scorer and Ben Gordon for the Bulls, and I was especially proud of Marbury as a Wolf/Celtic.

These new grid games have exploded in popularity, the ones on the site I used today are by far my favorite. The Basketball/baseball/football reference site has an insane level of stat tracking. They give more feedback after the inevitable failure, provide links to player history for you to go down a rabbit hole and show the popularity of different answers. They also as strict with stats, the year a stat or award is achieved has to match the team, no claiming some nonsense like Vince Carter was an all-star as a Sun.

Pretty fun. Finally a game that appreciates my decades spent accumulating information.

Second day in a row with an immaculate finish. Today's was easy, IMO. Suns aren't featured but a lot of players with Suns ties were used. Had a rarity of 303. Apparently lower is better, although I'll take the W.

Suns are featured on Immaculate Grid again today. I got 9/9 again with a 238 rarity. Hooked on this game.
