Phoenix opens the regular season on Wednesday, October 23rd at the Clippers, then play at the Lakers on Friday.

The Suns home opener is against the Mavericks on Saturday, October 26th so it will be on the second night of back-to-back games. This is a tough way to open the regular season.

It's like this every year, I can't believe we're 2 days away from Suns basketball again.

Between preseason, the season, the crazy length of the playoffs, weeks later followed by the draft, free agency and summer league, we basically only have about 10 weeks of the NBA not having real story lines.

This year, tack a few weeks on for the Olympics too.

Location
Phoenix, AZ
Time to find the rabbit ears…
I'm all set in my new Phoenix digs! I have a great picture (very close to South Mountain) and my new HDHomeRun to record OTA. So happy to get the local station now as well as pregame and postgame shows. Let's go!

I like it this way, especially with the Diamondbacks falling short of the playoffs and the Cardinals struggling.
