I'm watching this on the Mavs broadcast. Their gushing over Luka is nauseating. He's the best rookie of all-time, in their eyes. They cut to Nancy Lieberman in the studio and asked if Ayton has any chance to win RoY over Luka. Her response in a nutshell? 'No way! We've never seen a rookie talent like Luka'.

This is such an interesting match-up. There is no doubt that Dallas is a better team than us, but yet they seem to struggle mightily against our length and athleticism. Just one of those weird things where the worse team just has the better team's number.

What a strange stat that was with around two minutes to go in the 1st half. All of those three starters all played at least 13 minutes by the end of the quarter.

Koko now has about nine players to use at any time. In the past six quarters, it looks like he is managing it well. It takes processing a lot of information and making constant decisions. I hope he can keep it up.

And maybe we could teach him to use the rim to protect his layup. That block by Fox yesterday keeps getting shown as an incredible highlight but Melton gift wrapped it for him. When the defender is on your right hand and timing your jump don't just lay it up softly on the right side of the rim with your right hand.
