Great to see boris not only step up, but do it in crunch time. We know the guy isn't afraid of big moments, that's why the early struggles piss us off so much.

If they go away from the screen roll with him and nash, that set up the advantage in the post, in the upcoming weeks, that's on the coaching staff.

Hahah, I told you they were going to win back w/ like 5 to go in the 4th. What happened Cheese?

you told me what? I didn't even know what was going on in the game until OT cause I was at work.

as far as what happened? We had a six point lead, blew it in classic Suns fashion but pulled out a gritty tough road win that puts us just 1/2 game back of where we righfully belong - 1ST PLACE IN THE PACIFIC!

Almost only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades my friend.

Yeah, but it reminded me the game 4 vs the Lakers...

What a game this was! Nash is MVP, he's not a human being.
However, we'll need much better D and rebounding against the Heat and the Magic.

Ok we win, but enough is enough with james jones. His numbers before tonight's sizzling performance:
2pt 3pt
12-52 .231 7-24 .292

He seems like a nice kid, but come on. And yes he plays hard on d, but he aint freakin bruce bowen where you can tolerate those numbers. We're playing 4 on 5 with him, and we're an offensive team.

He has to have some pictures of d'antoni, from back in the day in italy, with a
goat or something.

JR shouldn't see the light of day with this team. He just can't play out there and his defense isn't good enough to cover up for the ridiculous liability he is on offense.

Diaw with a good game....not much on the boards but he was solid down the stretch.

nice to see him step up, although I almost threw up in my mouth on the inbounds play, but that looked like it was more on Barbs then it was Diaw.

Sorry, Im just agitated at you for being a negative ninny. I said early the Suns would win, and you seemed set in your mind that the Suns would lose. I can't stand people doubting the team they cheer for, sorry.

uh, where did I seem set in my mind that they were going to lose? As far as being a negative ninny - uh, wasn't I proven to be a REALISTIC FAN - I thought they'd blow the lead, and they did. I didn't say they'd lose. There IS a difference.

When was the last time a team get more assists in a game than rebounds?

Yeah, WTF was Barbosa looking at???

I don't know man, but I was talking to Ouchie and we were both expecting a turnover there and when the pass was thrown, BOTH of us screamed trying to get Barbs to turn the f around... I think he heard us, thank god!

They should tell him to try something else besides shooting a corner three. He could try moving without the basketball or shooting from 15 feet. Heck maybe he could surprise somebody by taking the ball to the basket instead of jacking up another three.

Perhaps it seemed inferred, when one says "they are going to lose the lead" it follows "and the game." UNLESS you would've stated "the Suns are going to lose the lead, but regain it." Perhaps I shouldn't have assumed.

Whatever though, I'm not going to argue w. anyone after a win. You're realistic, thats fine, I prefer being optimistic, its a lot more fun.

man, i was so hoping JR could hit a clutch shot. oh well, he's just not a good shooter.

nice to see boris be somewhat aggressive tonight, especially in clutch time.

he's got no handles - that keeps him from taking the ball to the basket. He's a mediocre hustler/shooter who can't shoot the ball - that's a BAAAADDDDD combo!

Nash is just incredible - just had to say that. Good lord above - I still smack myself in the head for the hissy fit I threw when we signed him! What a maroon I was!

About JR taking it to the basket, I believe I've heard that the coaching staff has specifically told him not to dribble. Just catch and shoot, or catch and pass. Thats a wrinkle in the Suns offense that I think is often over looked, other than Nash, the dribbling is limited.

you know what hapens when you assume... :)

and believe me, the heartbreak is MUCH harder when you're optimistic than when you're realistic. It doesn't mean you don't root just as hard, but you're not as dissappointed when the team does what you expect it to do (especially with Amare and Raja out) rather than being crushed when you're hopes are sky high.

as far as it being more fun, that's a pretty silly thing to say IMO - it's like you think you enjoy the game more than I do - how can anyone possibly make that kind of claim?
