Noooooo, not Price again. I'll puke if he takes minutes from Ulis. Are they really pushing for the eight seed instead of keeping the course playing the kids and sitting Duds and partially Knight? We'll see.

Didn't they actually offer him an assistant coaching position earlier in the season?

And now they signed him as a player?

Maybe Watson just wants to be around his good buddy and let Price be an on the court coach *in practice*.

Oh god, i thought this was a recycled thread from a previous year. This move makes no sense, even if we are sending out a guard in a proposed trade.

He wanted to hire Price as a coach, but Ronnie wanted to give playing another go. But he ended up being waived. This might be just a way of letting him finish the season as a player and join the coaching staff in the summer.

It's really no big deal. 15th man stuff.

BTW. The Suns need are $3.8 million below the salary floor. So signing Price costs them nothing but gives him a nice paycheck. Call it a coaching signing bonus.
