LOVE this. And really love that STAT goes in wearing #32.

Stat and Marion were the two most glaring omissions from the ROH. Was curious how they'd honor Amar'e since he wore two numbers, one of which Booker is now wearing and has made his own.

Glad to see them both get their inductions announced at the same time also so there isn't a debate in who deserves it more as both are equally deserving. Doesn't matter the date they're added since both are scheduled now.

I hope they honor them together in the same ceremony too. That's how intertwined they were.

That dude would have been one of the best PF of all time if not for microfracture.

He was cooking that entire team in his 3RD season.

Such a shame.

He would’ve averaged 30ppg in 06’ if he was healthy based on his natural progression and Joe’s/Q’s production leaving. I wasn’t disheartened at all losing to the Spurs that year cause of knowing we were going to have a young superstar going forward. Just putting peak explosion Amare on that 06’ team that had added Raja, Boris and KT prior to the microfracture announcement. Man.

Same on all of the above.

His foot speed was off the charts. Duncan couldn't guard him.
Yup. Lightning quick first step plus the ability to stop on a dime and explode, finishing above the rim with authority. None of which could happen without very good handles as well.

And he had a really solid jumper from 15-18 feet. Dude was going to be one the offensive dynamos of his era… and possibly ever.
