I don't even remember seeing that as being an issue for the past 2 years. Do you remember seeing it often recently?
oh yeah. I feel like it happens like once every couple games. He seems to always be in hurry up pull 3 pointer for 2 for 1s that I think are bad shots. Really the only part of his game that even still bugs me a little bit.

I watch every game and I don’t remember the last time he ended a quarter like that.

Devin Booker has improved at this, but he was often guilty of putting up a bad shot in trying to get two for ones. Sometimes he was the only player that could get open and was forced into these situations.

There will no need for this with all the good shooters the Suns now have that will spread the court.

I found the inspiration for that Barkley art. I thought the artist was just bad, but he just picked a bad image. I will say, I didn't think his other work was that great.

It wasn’t as frequent last season.

He does that all the time. Worst thing is 95% of the time he misses the hurried shot.
Yes I hear what you are saying and it was a normal occurrence a few years ago. I’m saying he doesn’t do it as much nowadays.

More on Devin Booker shooting increased 3-point shots.

I'd rather have Bradley Beal than Austin Reaves if going for a championship.

Also, I think Nick, if that is his name, is forgetting Eric Gordon, Josh Okogie, Grayson Allen and Jordan Goodwin.

I haven't even watched this video yet, but the title on the video bothers me a lot.

I don't even consider it to be close KD and Book are WAY superior to Lebron and AD. I am so sick of the living in the past with Lebron - he is maybe the 30th best player - and I feel like I am being very generous.

I plan to pass on the video. There is way too much of this stuff out there.

The video wasn't even about that. It was about the dude preferring Reaves to Beal as the third guy.

Yeah, the snippet of the above video was only 13 seconds.

There is a ton of shade being thrown at the Suns and Beal in particular.

I get people thinking we won’t stay healthy enough to win a chip depending on Beal/KD. But the way our big 3, on their face, are being dismissed as also rans is a bit strange.

But good fodder to let our guys stew on. If they need any more motivation than they already have.

To be honest I thought Beal has been one of the more overrated players in the league. I’m not gonna pretend to think he’s great now just because he’s a Sun. However given CP3’s age and declining play it was an easy trade to make. Only time will tell if he sacrifices for the good of the team and plays hard in other aspects of the game besides scoring.

I'm surprised. Weren't you the poster here that was pushing the idea that he was better in every way than Devin 3 or 4 years ago? Or am I confusing you with someone else?

I don’t remember that but we’ve talked about a potential Book/Beal pairing for years in versions trade threads. I remember ppl not loving the idea of it but it’s a different situation now.

As for Book vs Beal at the time of comparing their first 5 years, I’d say Beal played in the weaker East with much better teammates than Book had (pre-CP3). If you put 2020 Book on that 17’ Wizards (Beal’s 5th season) they win more than 49 games and probably make the East finals. It’s not a massive gap though.

For the gamers, Devin Booker makes an appearance in "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare" promo.
