I'm not sure Nassir Little (23) couldn't be the better player, especially if given consistent playing time.

Of course, the Suns are in win-now mode.

Royce O'Neal's name keeps coming up for Phoenix. I like the idea of adding more front court depth as well.

A backup point guard is also on my wish list, but I doubt the Suns can get it all.

idk - if we wanted to trade Little we should've played Little because I'm seeing zero to Little interest in the guy

Little having three more seasons on his contract might have something to do with that but I think he is a better player than he has shown. He is on a reasonable contract as well. The Suns don't seem to have much patience with younger players.

Miles Bridges reportedly will not approve a trade and wants to remain with Charlotte.

This may be the reason the Suns have switched to other trade candidates.

I'd prefer the criminal justice system handle the matter.
I don't even know what that means. I wasn't suggesting the NBA handle the matter. However, they already suspended him as a result of the last legal proceedings. He is scheduled at the end of the month to go to court again. Should he be found in violation the NBA will have no choice but to suspend him again. The Suns would be stupid on multiple fronts to go near this guy. Sounds like it's moot anyway as Bridges won't approve a trade.

Good.

@Carolinacacti what's the local sentiment towards Miles Bridges? Could Charlotte retain him with minimal pushback? Figure you have a better idea as a Carolina resident.
Well you have the radio guys, fans and the GM. Radio guys are negitive on him. Fans are down on the hole team. Looks like the GM is done with him. Sorry that’s all I got

Welp it was fun while it lasted.

What it means "Salaries"? Is that from Payne and Dario? Do we still have Little?

Apparently, also getting David Roddy from Memphis as part of the trade, according to Shams. I know nothing about David Roddy

I guess that's what a "Fringe wing player" looks like now days. A a 6'4" Power forward.

We had a 6'4" Power Forward on my College team I think his name was Shooting Guard.

Now with Roddy we have TWO 6'4" Power Forwards.

I'm just gonna close my eyes and pretend we got a 12'8" Power Forward

He's a small PF and by small I mean either 6'4" or 6'5", in his 2nd year. He was the 23rd pick in the 2022 draft. So we could keep him for the next 2 years pretty cheap. He's averaged 8.4 ppg and 4.2 rebounds while shooting 30% from 3 in Memphis. All that's in 23 minutes a night.

I'm adding this here as well.

It looks like the trade deadline has passed with no further trades. The Suns can still explore the free agent and buyout market.
