if we can keep Dragic, I think this team can make a big leap forward next year with another season of grooming under Len's belt.

The last two shots by Bledsoe were not smart. He shot that last shot way too early.

Dragic doing a piss poor job of guarding Brooks

that missed layup was a killer too. neither him or Bledsoe seem like go to guy finishers.

and Bledsoe finishes the game just as I type that. big bucket. still, he had some questionable plays down the stretch.

Bledsoe with a huge shot. The Suns need to hang on.

Bledsoe made several mistakes but I don't think the Suns win this game without him. He did tons of little things that didn't show up on the stat sheet.

I think he's been great for us lately. Consistent basketball from him finally. Him and Goran are finally finding that rhythm they had last year as well.

Great game but the lost another huge lead. What is causing them to lose these major leads? Slacking off on D or O? Getting to comfortable with the big lead and slack off?

Tonight it was mostly foul trouble forcing us to go for a prolonged stretch without Len and Markieff. But it's the NBA and teams go on big runs. As a high pace team we are even more prone to these kind of swings.

Yea they both had 4 fouls mid 3 quarter right? Got to be happy with no Ts tonight, or was there any?

I don't think there was any but I'm not sure the ESPN announcing crew was even watching the same game as me tonight so it's possible I missed something.

I think this is the first time that a tom Thibodeau coached team has lost in Phoenix. This includes the Nash years.

Congrats to the Suns for that!

Bledsoe is balling tonight. If that jumper just got a little more consistent the kid would be a legit star.
His shot is much improved this year. Still working on the shot selection. When he takes a good on balance shot it looks great. With his ability to drive a consistant 18 ft pull up jumper would make him deadly.

As noted Len and Markieff getting into foul trouble really hurt the Suns. Len is becoming a huge defensive presence. However, another problem is when the Suns go cold from outside and they cannot drive the ball to the rim. The Suns could definitely use a consistent outside shooter in these moments.

Eddie Johnson pointed out that the Bulls have all the tools to be a good offensive team but Thibodeau does much of their play calling on offense which takes away from the team's spontaneity. The Bulls are a good defensive team but they could be even a better if he would loosen the reins on offense.

Thibs should have done what Kerr did and hire a guy like Gentry to run the offense.

It's one of those problems that reportedly has him at odds with his front office. That one plus the fact he overplays some of his key guys will likely see him looking for work this offseason.

Listening to those who know Thibodeau, he reminds me a lot like Pat Riley in regard to work ethic, the belief that players should practice and play hard.

The Bulls lost like 6 straight at Phoenix according to the game recap so there you go.

I think it's closer to the reverse although it's incorrect to throw all those results at the foot of Thibs throne. Anyway, we lost at home the first year he coached Chicago. That game was a double OT loss, the next year was the strike season and we didn't face them in Phoenix, the next season we lost at home again in OT and then last season we lost to them in regulation. All told, Thibs is 3 - 1 against us in Phoenix and 3 -1 in Chicago. During the Nash years prior to Thibs we were 3-3 against them in Phoenix and 5-1 against them on the road.

Looks like Wright is a big help.

I love having him on the team. Not only does he alter shots and get a couple of blocks, on offense if he has any separation near the basket, our guys our learnng all you have to do is throw a quick lob for an easy jam. Now he is starting to get loose in transition as well.

I especially like how Wright provides the Suns another backup center or PF option besides Plumlee. I thought Wright might relegate Plumlee to the bench but he is able to give the Suns a bigger lineup off the bench when needed by being able to play besides Plumlee. Actually I think Wright helps take the pressure off Plumlee to become a scorer which is not his strong suit.
