Marbury's gotta stop pounding the ball. Too many times, Amare or Lil Jake set him a ball screen, he dribbles around it with his head down, backs the ball up, starts pounding the ball again, gets another screen set for him, and then decides to do something with it, which tonight has been shoot it or turn it over.
Our offense has no movement, and I think that has a lot to do with Marbury dribbling around too much. If his head is up and he's looking to pass, he's find you 9 times out of 10, but if he's simply pounding the ball into the hardwood, why move and expend the it takes to cut if you're not gonna get the ball?
